Directions: Adult and children 12 years of age and over: Take 1/2 to 1 tablet not more often than every 3 to 4 hours. Not to exceed three (3) tablets in a 24 hour period.
Active Ingredients: 200 mg Caffeine, 25mg Vitamin C

I have been buying this exact product for about 15 - 20 years with no problems. The last 2 times however the tablets are separating. More than half are in 2 pieces by the time I take them. Full disclosure I carry them with me all day but have never had an issue before
