I too have been taking these for many years. They have helped me work 3rd shift for a long time. I also use them everyday to keep myself going and out of bed. I recently went back to college and they help me to stay calm and focused on lectures and while working on my schoolwork. I am not a coffee fan at all and these really are great because without that energy push that they give me I would probably not be very productive.
