I prefer the capsules but we out. I also like the 30/30 they use to sell. I had no choice but to get these. I've been a regular customer for years.

My adult son and I love magnums! I have chronic fatigue syndrome and he works 3rd shift. Magnums help keep us moving without causing nausea - even if I forget to eat! They're great! If you struggle with energy I highly recommend these .
