Directions: Adult and children 12 years of age and over: Take 1/2 to 1 tablet not more often than every 3 to 4 hours. Not to exceed three (3) tablets in a 24 hour period.

I have been ordering these for years from T&M. The people that work there are great! Friendly, professional. I can place an order on a Friday and have them by Tuesday. I don't drink coffee or pop and these gives me that extra energy when I need a boost. Super for a long day at work typing.

My days start at 4am and, as the years go by ( I'm 76) it is increasingly more difficult to get motivated and sometimes just awake! I don't drink coffee or tea – or any drinks with “additives” for energy . I have found taking the 357's is the way to start my day . These pills (and I have tried a lot of them over the years) the quickest, easiest, safest way to “energize” and actually start thinking constructively. The price is the best I have found and the delivery is consistently quick and dependable
